BREEAM In-Use is the established standard for documenting environmental quality in existing buildings. We take the project from the initial survey through to an approved certificate.
Phases
- Baseline assessment: what score the building has today, and what level is realistic
- Action plan to reach Good, Very Good, Excellent or Outstanding
- Gathering and structuring of documentation
- Managing the application process with an accredited assessor
What it's used for
- Green financing and green bonds
- Taxonomy documentation
- Tenant requirements and leasing profile
- Systematic improvement of operations and environmental performance
We only propose measures that deliver benefits beyond the certificate. Credits that are costly and offer little operational return are deprioritised.
