The assignment
Grev Wedels plass 9 is a classic office building in central Oslo with strict constraints on technical interventions. Storebrand Eiendom sought to improve energy performance and certification without compromising the building's character.
The result
The plant room was rebuilt, controls upgraded, and operations formalised. Energy consumption fell by 60 %, and the building is now certified BREEAM In-Use Excellent.
