The assignment
Grev Wedels plass 9 is a classic office building in central Oslo with demanding constraints for technical interventions. Storebrand Eiendom wanted to improve the building both in terms of energy performance and certification, without compromising the building's character.
The result
The energy plant room has been rebuilt, the controls upgraded, and operations formalized. Energy consumption has been reduced by 60 %, and the building is certified BREEAM In-Use Excellent.
