The assignment
Grev Wedels plass 9 is a classic office building in central Oslo with demanding constraints for technical interventions. Storebrand Eiendom wanted to improve the building's energy performance and certification without compromising its character.
The result
The energy plant room was rebuilt, controls upgraded and operations systematized. Energy consumption has been reduced by 60 %, and the building is certified BREEAM In-Use Excellent.
