Climate risk
Physical and transition climate risk analysis at asset and portfolio level — aligned with TCFD and CSRD.
Climate risk is no longer about if — but where and how much. We quantify both physical risks (weather, water, heat) and transition risks (regulation, market, technology) at the asset level.
Physical risk
- Exposure to flooding, sea-level rise, extreme precipitation, and surface water
- Wildfire, landslide, and storm risk where relevant
- Urban heat islands and cooling demand in urban contexts
- Assessment of asset-level adaptation measures
Transition risk
- Exposure to forthcoming energy and climate regulation
- Carbon price scenarios and impacts on operating costs
- Market risk: tenant requirements and valuation impacts
- Stranding year (CRREM) as an operational indicator
Deliverables
- Color-coded risk profiles at asset and portfolio level
- Scenario analyses aligned with the TCFD framework
- Adaptation plan with measures, costs, and prioritization
- Reporting documentation for CSRD and SFDR
Our approach
We draw on established data sources (Klimaservicesenteret, EU Taxonomy screening, CRREM, international climate data providers) and link the analysis directly to each building's physical characteristics. The output is concrete enough to inform the CapEx plan — not just an appendix to the annual report.
