BREEAM-NOR is the reference standard for new construction and major refurbishments in Norway. We stay with the project from the first ambition meeting to the issued certificate, structuring the process so credits deliver real value in the building — not just on paper.
Our role
- Assessment of ambition level and early analysis of scoring potential
- Strategy for which categories and issues to prioritise
- Coordination with the design team and contractor throughout the project
- Document collection, quality assurance and application preparation
- Accredited AP or assessor role, or collaboration with an external assessor
Certification levels
We work with all levels — Pass, Good, Very Good, Excellent and Outstanding — and recommend an early, realistic assessment of which level delivers the best value for the building and the budget.

We prioritise credits that deliver impact beyond the certificate. We advise against costly measures that add little in operation.
