BREEAM-NOR is the established standard for new construction and major refurbishments in Norway. We follow the project from the initial ambition meeting to awarded certification, and structure the work so that the credits provide real value in the building — not just on paper.
Our role
- Assessment of ambition level and preliminary analysis of scoring potential
- Strategy for which categories and topics should be prioritised
- Coordination with the design team and contractor throughout the project
- Gathering documentation, quality assurance and application preparation
- Accredited AP or assessor role, or collaboration with an external assessor
Certification levels
We take projects at all levels — Pass, Good, Very Good, Excellent and Outstanding — but recommend an early, realistic assessment of which level delivers the best value for the building and the budget.

- Predictable environmental quality for long-term owners
- A structured approach to operations and asset management
We prioritise credits that deliver impact beyond the certificate. We recommend against measures that are costly and deliver little in operation.
