BREEAM-NOR is the established standard for new build and major refurbishments in Norway. We support the project from the first ambition meeting to approved certification, and organise the work so the credits deliver real value in the building — not just on paper.
Our role
- Ambition-level assessment and preliminary analysis of credit potential
- Strategy for which categories and issues to prioritise
- Coordination with design consultants and the contractor throughout the project
- Collection of documentation, quality assurance and application preparation
- Accredited AP or assessor role, or collaboration with an external assessor
Certification levels
We take projects at all levels — Pass, Good, Very Good, Excellent and Outstanding — but we recommend an early, realistic assessment of which level provides the best value for the building and the budget.

- Green financing and taxonomy documentation
- Tenant requirements in the prime segment of commercial real estate
- Predictable environmental quality for long-term owners
- A structured approach to operations and asset management
We prioritise credits that deliver impact beyond the certificate. Measures that are costly and deliver little in operation are not recommended.
