Construction management (BGL)
Supervision of contractors on site — quality control, progress monitoring and handover inspection
Construction management is where design meets reality. We follow up on site, ensure that what was drawn is actually built, and that the client can take over a facility that performs.
What we do
- Progress monitoring against the contractual schedule
- Quality control of workmanship and delivered components
- Checklists, non‑conformance handling and change control
- HMS and SHA follow‑up in cooperation with project management
- Preparation and execution of the handover inspection
- Follow‑up of defects and warranty claims during the warranty period
Technical focus
We have depth in technical disciplines — HVAC, automation and energy systems — where deviations are most common and most costly. That means we identify errors a generalist often misses.
When it's appropriate
- Clients who want close control without staffing their own site personnel
- Technical refurbishment projects
- Energy systems, heating plants and other systems where commissioning is critical
Construction management is not a formality. Good follow‑up pays off repeatedly through fewer warranty claims, faster commissioning and lower energy consumption in the first year of operation.
