- Track progress against the contracted schedule
- Quality control of workmanship and supplied components
- Checklists, non-conformance handling and change management
- HMS and SHA follow-up in collaboration with project management
- Plan and conduct the handover inspection
- Follow up warranty claims throughout the warranty period
