Energy labelling
Mandatory energy labelling for commercial buildings, including an energy certificate and a concrete list of measures.
Energy labelling is required by law for commercial buildings over 1 000 m² and for any sale or lease. We deliver the energy certificate and determine the rating based on the building’s actual systems and operation.

When to do this
- Before a sale or a new lease agreement
- During renovation that alters energy performance
- As a basis for further work on taxonomy or BREEAM
The certificate is mandatory. The value lies in the measures list — and in using it to plan investments that can raise the building by one or two rating steps.
