Energy labelling
Mandatory energy labelling of commercial buildings with an energy certificate and a concrete list of measures.
Energy labelling is legally required for commercial buildings over 1 000 m² and upon sale or rental. We produce the energy certificate and calculate the rating based on actual building systems and operation.

When to do this
- Before a sale or a new lease agreement

The certificate itself is mandatory. The value lies in the list of measures — and in using it to plan investments that actually raise the building one or two rating steps.
