Energy labelling
Mandatory energy labelling for commercial buildings, including an energy certificate and a concrete list of measures.
Energy labelling is required by law for commercial buildings over 1 000 m² and when selling or leasing. We produce an energy certificate and calculate the rating based on the building's as-built construction and actual operation.

- Energy calculation and determination of the energy rating
- Energy certificate registered with Enova
- List of measures with expected impact on rating and consumption
When to do it
- Before sale or a new lease agreement
- During refurbishment that changes energy performance
- As a basis for further work on taxonomy or BREEAM
The certificate itself is a requirement. The value lies in the list of measures — and in using it to plan investments that actually raise the building one or two rating steps.
