Not all questions fit into an energy survey or a project. Energy advisory is the ongoing support — from selecting an energy source to assessing new solutions that emerge on the market.
What we advise on
- Selection of energy source: ground-source heat, district heating, air-to-water heat pumps, biomass, hybrid solutions
- Decision support when replacing the heating plant, ventilation or cooling systems
- Evaluation of proposals from suppliers and contractors
- Technical and financial analyses prior to investment
- Strategic decisions related to electrification and capacity tariffs
When it is appropriate
- Early phase: before a project or tender is defined
- Change of ownership or refinancing where the choice of energy solution affects valuation
- Ongoing support to operations or asset management departments that need an independent assessment
We have no supplier ties. Our advice is independent, and the goal is for the client to make decisions with confidence — not that we necessarily deliver the next project.
