Gardermoen Flight Academy, also known as CAE Oslo, is a training center specializing in advanced flight simulators and training facilities for various aircraft types, including the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737NG. The center is located in close proximity to Gardermoen International Airport and offers realistic and high-tech pilot training for both new and experienced pilots.
SustEvo has performed a comprehensive energy analysis of the building and has been assigned to lead and manage the project to upgrade the building's heating and cooling system. The project includes the installation of six 140 kW Enrad propane heat pumps, which will provide efficient cooling for both the flight simulator systems and the building's comfort cooling.
This upgrade will not only significantly reduce the building's energy consumption, but also improve the indoor climate and increase comfort for users.
