Sustainable upgrade of Grev Wedels Plass 9
Grev Wedels Plass 9 in Oslo has undergone an extensive energy upgrade, resulting in a 60% reduction in energy consumption. The building, owned by Storebrand Eiendom, has an area of 28,000 m² and has now achieved BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification.
The energy improvements have also led to an upgrade of the building's energy label from D to B, reducing both operating costs and environmental footprint. The project was delivered by SustEvo personnel employed by Rambøll and is due for completion in 2023, marking an important step towards more sustainable commercial properties in Oslo.
