The dashboard has been launched

We at SustEvo are proud to present our new dashboard – the result of extensive development and an important tool for our customers. The dashboard provides an intuitive and user-friendly overview of a number of functions, which makes it easy to keep track of measures, measure packages, energy use, implemented measures, CO₂ reduction, as well as the ability to compare and monitor parameters over time. All of this is available at both building and portfolio level.

• Overview of your portfolio
  A clear and concise layout that shows all buildings in your portfolio.
• Action management
  Simple overview of identified, planned and implemented energy and sustainability measures at both building and portfolio level.
• Savings analysis
  Visualization of achieved and potential savings for both energy and CO₂.
• 3D scanning of technical rooms
  Access to detailed 3D scanning of technical rooms, which provides better insight into technical infrastructure.
• Central documentation
  Ability to collect all relevant documentation in one place for easier project management and overview.

For whom?

The dashboard is included free of charge for all buildings where we have performed energy and/or comprehensive analyses. For customers with larger portfolios, the dashboard can also be customized to include other buildings in the portfolio. This provides a comprehensive and efficient overview of their property portfolio.

In the future:

The dashboard is under continuous development, and during 2025 will include:

• Information about existing and potential energy labels
• Climate and Energy Rating of Building Masses
• Condition and operational information of technical facilities
• A simple and intuitive follow-up system for planned and completed measures
