Design verification
Independent verification of designed technical solutions before construction — to detect errors while they are still inexpensive to correct.
It's more cost-effective to fix errors in the design phase than on site. Design verification is a structured quality control of technical deliverables, carried out by an independent specialist.
What we check
- Sizing against actual use and load profile
- Sequences, control loops and interaction between systems
- Consistency between system schematics, drawings and specifications
- Operability: can the system actually be operated without specialist expertise?
- LCC and LCA implications of the chosen solutions
Deliverables
- Report with findings, prioritisation and recommendation for each item
- Direct dialogue with the design team to clarify and close issues
- Final report with documented closure status
When to use
- Complex projects with many interfaces
- Clients who lack in‑house technical capacity
- As a second opinion before contracting or before construction starts
- Certification processes where independent verification is required
We act as the technical counterpart, not a competitor. The goal is that what is delivered actually matches what was ordered.
