The assignment
Nordea's office building at Majorstua had complex technical systems and consumption that was disproportionate to the building's size. SustEvo was engaged to optimise operations, upgrade the BMS and rectify hidden faults in the control system.
Results
A systematic review of subsystems, new control strategies and an upgraded BMS delivered sustained energy reductions. Operations staff now have better tools to keep consumption low year after year.
