The assignment
Storebrand wanted to elevate Filipstad Brygge from average to leading in energy efficiency. SustEvo divided the work into phases, started with the energy plant room and set out a plan for further optimization of HVAC systems and controls.
Results
Phase 1 has been completed and exceeds the target. An upgraded energy plant room combined with systematic operational optimization has cut energy consumption significantly, while the indoor environment and operational stability have improved.
