The assignment
Storebrand wanted to lift Filipstad Brygge from average to leading in energy efficiency. SustEvo divided the work into phases, started with the energy plant room and developed a plan for further optimization of HVAC systems and controls.
The result
Phase 1 is completed and exceeds the target. An upgraded energy plant room combined with systematic operational optimization has significantly reduced energy consumption, while the indoor environment and operational stability have improved.
