The assignment
Storebrand aimed to move Filipstad Brygge from average to leading in energy performance. SustEvo structured the work in phases, starting with the energy plant room and setting a plan to further optimise HVAC systems and controls.
Results
Phase 1 is complete and ahead of target. The upgraded energy plant room, paired with systematic operational optimisation, has cut energy use significantly while improving the indoor environment and operational stability.
