The assignment

DEAS manages real estate funds where investors require clear EU Taxonomy reporting. SustEvo was engaged to assess the portfolio's buildings against the Taxonomy criteria and to establish a clear reporting basis.

Result

Each asset is classified according to "substantial contribution" and "do no significant harm", with documentation and a gap analysis for each building. The manager now has a consistent dataset that can be used both with investors and in further improvement work.
