The assignment
CBRE Denmark wanted a clear picture of climate risk across a large office portfolio. SustEvo carried out a CRREM analysis to map which buildings are likely to become "stranded assets" under the EU's expected emissions pathways.
The result
The analysis provided the owner and asset manager with a prioritized list of buildings that require measures now, and a timeline showing when each asset would otherwise become stranded. The results provided a concrete basis for upcoming investment and sales decisions.
