The assignment
CBRE Denmark wanted a clear view of climate risk in a large office portfolio. SustEvo carried out a CRREM analysis to map which buildings are likely to become stranded assets under the EU's expected emissions pathways.
The result
The analysis provided the owner and asset manager with a prioritized list of buildings requiring action now, and a timeline indicating when each asset would otherwise become stranded. The results formed a concrete basis for upcoming investment and divestment decisions.
