SustEvo opens German office in Frankfurt/Eschborn

SustEvo is launching a German division with an office in Eschborn, outside Frankfurt. Led by Winfried Baier, the team will support German real estate funds and portfolio owners with energy management, operational optimisation, and reporting.

The move reflects sustained demand from German investors who already have parts of their portfolios in the Nordics under SustEvo’s oversight and want the same approach in their home market. The Eschborn office also creates a platform to serve other German‑speaking markets over time.
