Establishes German office in Frankfurt/Eschborn

SustEvo is establishing a German division with an office in Eschborn outside Frankfurt. The division is led by Winfried Baier and will serve German real estate funds and portfolio owners with energy management, operational optimization and reporting.

The move responds to ongoing demand from German investors who already have parts of their portfolios in the Nordics under SustEvo’s oversight and want the same methodology in their domestic market. The new office also provides a basis to serve other German‑speaking markets over time.
